Measured Progress

The meticulous work of putting the siding on the outside continues and we continue to feature pictures showing some of the completed areas being used.

The entrance from Lincoln Ave. has been turned into a workshop for installation of the siding.

Measure.
Measure.
Cut.
Trim.
Nail.

As my grandfather, the carpenter, used to say, "Measure twice and cut once." So putting the siding up is slow work.

It looks like the finish trim has been put in place around the entrance from the parking lot. It needs to be painted, but, as the grandson of a carpenter, we recognize good workmanship when we see it.

If we look a lttle to the right, we see the new coat room tucked into a little nook.

We stop this week's tour at the entrance to the sanctuary. Just to the right is a granite counter where you can pick up your name tag.
