The Rev. Johanna Rehbaum, Pastor
pastorjohanna@stpaulspittsford.org
I’m Pastor Johanna, and I’ve served at St. Paul’s since 2019. I am a Rochester transplant, originally from Northern California (by way of Minnesota, Slovakia, Connecticut, Florida, and Gettsyburg). I love serving at St. Paul’s because of our generous, kind, thoughtful and supportive people, and our dedication to making our little corner of the world a little better. In my role as pastor, I especially love to preach – what a gift, the opportunity to share a message that can bring hope and comfort, but also challenge when that is what is needed. Some things outside of pastoring that bring me joy include: reading aloud to my two kids, making music with other people (singing, oboe, ukulele, whatever!), and thrift-shopping, especially with my mom. I dream of a world in which peace and justice for all are realized, joy is abundant, and I always manage to cut open the avocado when it is the perfect ripeness.
Andrew Johnson, Director of Music
musicdirector@stpaulspittsford.org
I am thrilled to be Director of Music and Organist here at St. Paul's! I am originally from Central Illinois, where I grew up in a small ELCA church which valued sacred music. Having studied voice at Illinois Wesleyan University and organ at Peabody Conservatory, I am now working on a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in organ at the Eastman School of Music. My favorite part about being an organist and church musician is leading congregational singing; the congregation is the church's most important choir! In my free time, I enjoy going out to eat with family and friends, reading, and spending time in nature.
Jenna Meyn, Church Office Administrator
I joined St. Paul's in 2022 after a career in community banking. What I love most about my position is providing support behind the scenes to ensure a meaningful worship experience for all. I enjoy spending my free time with my family.
Kathie Mariano, Bookkeeper
Kathie joined St. Paul's in 2022. She has a degree in business management from Johnson & Whales College in Rhode Island and nearly 30 years of experience in accounting. She lives in Pittsford with her husband, and they have a daughter who is currently in law school. Kathie and her family lived in New Zealand for almost 5 years in the 1990s, an experience for which she will forever be grateful. She enjoys traveling with her husband, especially to the beach in North Carolina or to visit their daughter.
